On 18.11.2025 between 09:00 and 13:00 CET, maintenance work will take place in the Hubject system. For this reason, there may be temporary disruptions to starting and stopping charging sessions via the Hubject platform during this period.

Am 18.11.2025 finden zwischen 09:00 und 13:00 Uhr MEZ im Hubject-System Wartungsarbeiten statt. Aus diesem Grund kann es in diesem Zeitraum zu vorübergehenden Beeinträchtigungen beim Starten und Stoppen von Ladevorgängen über die Hubject-Plattform kommen.

Features & Services Issues with session start / Starten von Sessions eingeschränkt

Während des Zeitraums vom 10.11.2025 um 11:21 MEZ bis 11:35 MEZ kam es dazu, dass Ladesessions nur eingeschränkt gestartet werden konnten. Auslöser war eine fehlerhafte Konfiguration einer Komponente. Der Fehler ist behoben und das System läuft wieder normal.

Between 10 November 2025 at 11:21 CET and 11:35 CET, starting charging sessions was only possible to a limited extent. The issue was caused by a misconfigured component. The problem has been fixed and the system is back to normal.
