At this time, all charging sessions and active features will be disabled.
From 30.09.2025 til 06.10.2025 read-only access remains available.
Please export your data, reports, and historical information during this period.
From 06.10.2025: All access to the portal will be permanently disabled.

Features & Services eOPERATE LG2WAN Logfile download

Zurzeit kann es zu Problemen bei dem download von LG2WAN Logfiles aus dem eOPERATE Portal kommen. Wir arbeiten an einer Behebung des Problems und entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten.

Currently there may be problems downloading LG2WAN log files from the eOPERATE portal. We are working on a fix for the problem and apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Ein Hotfix wurde am 08.05.23 morgens bereitgestellt. Der Download ist wieder wie gewohnt möglich.

    A hotfix is available since 08.05.23. The download is possible without any problems.
