Disturbance at Hubject (PnC) / Störung bei Hubject (PnC)

Hubject has informed us about a disturbance concerning Plug and Charge (PnC) via Hubject. As a result of the disruption, it may not be possible to start a charing session with Plug and Charge (PnC) via Hubject.

Hubject hat uns über eine Störung bei Plug and Charge (PnC) über Hubject informiert. Aufgrund der Störung ist es unter Umständen nicht möglich, einen Ladevorgang mit Plug and Charge (PnC) über Hubject zu starten.

    On 17.02.2026 between 09:00 and 13:00 CET, maintenance work will take place in the Hubject system. For this reason, there may be temporary disruptions to starting and stopping charging sessions via the Hubject platform during this period.

    Am 17.02.2026 finden zwischen 09:00 und 13:00 Uhr MEZ im Hubject-System Wartungsarbeiten statt. Aus diesem Grund kann es in diesem Zeitraum zu vorübergehenden Beeinträchtigungen beim Starten und Stoppen von Ladevorgängen über die Hubject-Plattform kommen.

    Update 2: Die Störung konnte behoben werden. Die OCPP Verbindungen wurden wieder hergestellt.

    Update 1: Die Störung wurde untersucht und erste Maßnahmen durchgeführt. Die OCPP-Verbindungen werden, nach ersten Prüfungen, wieder hergestellt.

    Im Moment kann es zu Nichterreichbarkeiten von OCPP Stationen kommen. Wir befinden uns gerade in der Analyse und arbeiten mit Hochdruck daran, das Problem zu beheben. Entschuldigen Sie bitte etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten.

    Features & Services eOperate Fehlerrate / eOperate error rate

    Zur Zeit bestehen Probleme bei der Anzeige und Auswertung der Fehlerrate auf der Ladepunktseite. Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck daran, das Problem der Anzeige und Auswertung zu beheben.

    Currently there are problems with the display and evaluation of the error rate on the chargepoint page. We are working at full speed to fix the display and evaluation problem.

  • Ein Hotfix wurde um 8:00 Uhr bereitgestellt.

    A hotfix was deployed at 8 o'clock.

  • Die Problemursache wurde identifiziert. Der notwendige Hotfix zur Fehlerbehebung ist für den 08.02.2023 eingeplant.

  • Das Problem wurde identifiziert und unser Entwicklungsbereich befindet sich gerade an der Erstellung eines Hotfixes. Sobald dieser deployed werden kann, werden wir wieder informieren.

  • Das Problem wurde behoben und der kontrollierte Neustart der Systeme wurde abgeschlossen. Der Großteil der OCPP Ladestationen hat die Verbindung zum Backend wieder hergestellt. In wenigen Einzelfällen kann es ein paar Minuten dauern, bis alle Stationen die Verbindung wieder hergestellt haben. Wir bitten die aufgetretenen Unannehmlichkeiten zu entschuldigen.

    The issue has been resolved and the controlled restart of the systems has been completed. The majority of OCPP charging stations have reconnected to the backend. In a few isolated cases, it may take a few minutes for all stations to reconnect. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

  • Das Problem wurde identifiziert und es wird gerade ein kontrollierter neustart einzelner Systeme durchgeführt. Die OCPP Ladepunkte verbinden sich jetzt schon wieder mit dem Backend.
