On 29.04.2026 between 10:00 and 11:00 CEST, maintenance work will take place in the Hubject system. For this reason, there may be temporary disruptions to starting and stopping charging sessions via the Hubject platform during this period.

Am 29.04.2026 finden zwischen 10:00 und 11:00 Uhr MESZ im Hubject-System Wartungsarbeiten statt. Aus diesem Grund kann es in diesem Zeitraum zu vorübergehenden Beeinträchtigungen beim Starten und Stoppen von Ladevorgängen über die Hubject-Plattform kommen.

Am 30.04.2026 finden zwischen 12:00 und 13:00 Uhr MESZ im Hubject-System für Plug&Charge (Pnc) Wartungsarbeiten statt. Aus diesem Grund kann es in diesem Zeitraum zu vorübergehenden Beeinträchtigungen beim Starten und Stoppen von Ladevorgängen über die Hubject-Plattform mit Plug&Charge (PnC) kommen.

Station Communication Störung in der Station-Communication / Malfunction at Station-Communication

Bedingt durch eine Störung im System kam es vereinzelt zu Verbindungsstörungen zwischen den Ladestationen und dem Backend-System. Hierdurch konnte es zu Problemen beim Ladestart oder Ladestopp mittels eCharge+ App kommen.

Die Störung ist um 14:30 Uhr aufgetreten und galt um 15:20 Uhr als behoben.

Due to a malfunction in the system, there were interruptions in the connection between the charging stations and the backend system. This could lead to problems when starting or stopping charging via the eCharge+ app.

The disturbance occurred at 2:30 p.m. and was considered to have been resolved at 3:20 p.m.
