Roaming Remote Activation of internal Chargingstations via Hubject not possible / Remote-Freischaltung von internen Stationen über Hubject nicht möglich

Currently, there is a problem activating remote charging sessions via Hubject on internal charging stations.

We are working on resolving this issue and will notify you as soon as everything is back to normal.

Station Communication Disturbance / Störung: IoT Provider Vodafone

Our IoT provider Vodafone experienced a partial disruption to its data services in Germany between 12:05 a.m. and 1:35 a.m. CET on February 25, 2026. This resulted in partial disruption to the connection between the charging infrastructure and the backend. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Bei unserem IoT Provider Vodafone, kam es am 25.02.2026 zwischen 00:05 Uhr und 01:35 Uhr MEZ zu einer teilweisen Störung des Data-Services in Deutschland. Dies führte dazu, dass teilweise die Verbindung zwischen Ladeinfrastruktur und Backend gestört war. Wir bitten Sie etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten zu entschuldigen.

Disturbance at Hubject (PnC) / Störung bei Hubject (PnC)

Hubject has informed us about a disturbance concerning Plug and Charge (PnC) via Hubject. As a result of the disruption, it may not be possible to start a charing session with Plug and Charge (PnC) via Hubject.

Hubject hat uns über eine Störung bei Plug and Charge (PnC) über Hubject informiert. Aufgrund der Störung ist es unter Umständen nicht möglich, einen Ladevorgang mit Plug and Charge (PnC) über Hubject zu starten.

    Update #1: Die Störung wurde durch einen Hotfix behoben.

    Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde,

    aufgrund eines technischen Fehlers kann es aktuell unter Umständen bei bestimmten Ladestationen dazu kommen, dass keine neuen Ladevorgänge gestartet werden können, da die vorangegangenen Ladevorgänge nicht erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden konnten.

    Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck an einer Lösung, die wir schnellstmöglich per Hotfix-Release zur Verfügung stellen werden.

    Update #1: The technical error has been fixed by a hotfix.

    Dear Customer,

    due to a technical error, it is currently possible that under certain circumstances no new charging processes can be started at certain charging stations, as the previous charging processes could not be completed successfully.

    We are working at full speed on a solution, which we will make available as soon as possible via a hotfix release.
