wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass das eOperate Portal aufgrund einer aktuellen Systemunterbrechung vorübergehend leider nur eingeschränkt verfügbar ist.

Davon betroffen sind die folgenden Funktionen: Starten/Stoppen von Ladevorgängen sowie die Verbindung von OCPP 1.6 Stationen.

Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck an einer Lösung und benachrichtigen Sie schnellstmöglich wieder.

Die Performance Beeinträchtigungen innerhalb der eCharge+App sind nun ebenfalls behoben.

The performance issue inside eCharge+ app are solved too now.

Die Station Kommunikation läuft seit 08:10 Uhr stabil. Bei der eCharge+ App bestehen noch Performance Beeinträchtigungen. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis
