Bei unserem IoT Provider gibt es gerade eine Großstörung, dass keine neuen Verbindungen aufgebaut werden können. Hier kann es im Einzelfall zu einer Nichterreichbarkeit bei Ladestationen kommen. Wir stehen im engen Kontakt mit unserem Dienstleister.

Our IoT provider is currently experiencing a major disruption that prevents new connections from being established. In individual cases, this can lead to unavailability of loading stations. We are in close contact with our service provider.

Die Störung beim IoT Provider ist gelöst. Die Ladeinfrastruktur kommuniziert wieder mit dem Backend.

The problem with the IoT provider has been solved. The charging infrastructure is communicating with the backend again.

wir möchten Sie kurz informieren, dass die Großstörung bei unserem IoT Provider weiterhin besteht. Die Ladeinfrastruktur verliert nach und nach die Verbindung zum Backend. Dadurch ist das Starten und Stoppen von Ladevorgängen betroffen. Gemeinsam mit unserem Dienstleister arbeiten wir mit Hochdruck an einer Lösung.

We would like to briefly inform you that the major disruption at our IoT provider continues. The charging infrastructure is gradually losing the connection to the backend. This affects the starting and stopping of charging processes. Together with our service provider, we are working at full speed to find a solution.
