Aufgrund einer Störung in der OCPP-Kommunikation konnten einzelne Ladestationen zeitweise keine stabile Verbindung zum Backend aufbauen. Dadurch kam es bei verschiedenen Vorgängen wie der Authentifizierung von Ladevorgängen, der Freigabe von Ladesessions sowie beim Übermitteln von Statusmeldungen und Abrechnungsdaten zu Einschränkungen oder Verzögerungen.
Due to a disruption in the OCPP communication, some charging stations were temporarily unable to establish a stable connection to the backend. As a result, processes such as user authentication, session authorization, as well as the transmission of status updates and billing data were subject to limitations or delays.
