Issues logging into the portal / Störung bei Anmeldung im Portal 09.01.2026 11:15:00

There is currently a problem logging in to the vaylens portal. This is due to recent changes to your password or MFA, which are being removed from the system.

If you are having problems logging in, please use your previous password first. If you no longer know this, please use the “Forgot your password?” function and set a new password. You can then log in again with this new password.

We are already working on fixing the problem and will let you know as soon as everything is back to normal.

Aktuell gibt es eine Störung bei der Anmeldung am vaylens Portal. Ursächlich sind kürzlich vorgenommene Änderungen an deinem Passwort oder an deiner MFA, die aus dem System wieder entfernt werden.

Solltest du Probleme bei der Anmeldung haben, verwende bitte zunächst dein vorheriges Passwort. Solltest du dieses nicht mehr kennen nutze bitte die Funktion „Passwort vergessen?“ und vergebe dir ein neues Passwort. Anschließend kannst du dich mit diesem neuen Passwort wieder anmelden.

Wir arbeiten bereits an der Behebung der Störung und informieren euch, sobald alles wieder wie gewohnt läuft.

The previously communicated assumption that login would only be possible with a previous/old user password or that the “Forgot your password?” function would have to be used could not be confirmed. It is not necessary to change your password again or use an old password if you know your current password.

However, the loss of MFA settings has been confirmed. If you have already set up MFA for your user, please check whether it is still active and set it up again if necessary.

Die zuvor kommunizierte Annahme, dass ein Login nur mit einem vorherigen/alten Benutzer-Passwort möglich sei oder die Funktion „Passwort vergessen?“ zwingend genutzt werden müsse, konnte nicht bestätigt werden. Eine erneute Passwortänderung oder die Verwendung eines alten Passworts ist nicht erforderlich, sofern das aktuelle Passwort bekannt ist.

Bestätigt hat sich hingegen der Verlust der MFA Einrichtungen. Wenn du für deinen Benutzer MFA bereits eingerichtet hast, überprüfe bitte, ob sie noch aktiv ist, und richte sie gegebenenfalls erneut ein.
