Wartung / Maintenance (IoT - Vodafone – UK)

Wegen einer geplanten Wartung unseres IoT Providers Vodafone, kann es am 20.05.2024 zwischen 02:00 Uhr und 02:20 Uhr (MEZ) zu einer kurzen Nichterreichbarkeit von 20 Minuten der Ladeinfrastruktur im 2G Netz in Großbritannien kommen. Verbindungen von 4G und 5G sind nicht betroffen. Wir bitten Sie etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten zu entschuldigen.

Due to a planned maintenance of our IoT provider Vodafone, there may be a short unavailability of 20 minutes of the charging infrastructure in the 2G network in the United Kingdom on 20.05.2024 between 02:00 and 02:20 (MEZ). 4G and 5G connections are not affected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Payment eOprate Direct Payment Configuration Wizard

Aktuell kann es im Bereich des eOperate Direct Payment Einrichtungsassistenten zu Fehlfunktionen kommen. Wir arbeiten an einer Lösung.

Due to a bug you can face some misfunction inside the eOprate Direct Payment Configuration Wizard, We are working on a solution.

  • Ein Hotfix wurde ausgerollt.

    A hotfix was deployed.

  • Das Problem betrifft lediglich das Frontend. Es besteht keine Fehlfunktion im Backend selbst.

    The issue is related to the frontend only. There is no backend misfunction.
