Disturbance at Hubject (PnC) / Störung bei Hubject (PnC)

Hubject has informed us about a disturbance concerning Plug and Charge (PnC) via Hubject. As a result of the disruption, it may not be possible to start a charing session with Plug and Charge (PnC) via Hubject.

Hubject hat uns über eine Störung bei Plug and Charge (PnC) über Hubject informiert. Aufgrund der Störung ist es unter Umständen nicht möglich, einen Ladevorgang mit Plug and Charge (PnC) über Hubject zu starten.

    On 17.02.2026 between 09:00 and 13:00 CET, maintenance work will take place in the Hubject system. For this reason, there may be temporary disruptions to starting and stopping charging sessions via the Hubject platform during this period.

    Am 17.02.2026 finden zwischen 09:00 und 13:00 Uhr MEZ im Hubject-System Wartungsarbeiten statt. Aus diesem Grund kann es in diesem Zeitraum zu vorübergehenden Beeinträchtigungen beim Starten und Stoppen von Ladevorgängen über die Hubject-Plattform kommen.

    Station Communication Störung in der Station-Communication / Malfunction at Station-Communication

    Bedingt durch eine Störung im System kam es vereinzelt zu Verbindungsstörungen zwischen den Ladestationen und dem Backend-System. Hierdurch konnte es zu Problemen beim Ladestart oder Ladestopp mittels eCharge+ App kommen.

    Die Störung ist um 14:30 Uhr aufgetreten und galt um 15:20 Uhr als behoben.

    Due to a malfunction in the system, there were interruptions in the connection between the charging stations and the backend system. This could lead to problems when starting or stopping charging via the eCharge+ app.

    The disturbance occurred at 2:30 p.m. and was considered to have been resolved at 3:20 p.m.

    Station Communication Station Communication

    Zurzeit kann es zu Problemen bei der Freischaltung von Ladevorgängen kommen. Dies betrifft Freischaltungen, die gegenüber das Backend autorisiert werden. Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck an der Behebung des Problems und bitten die Unannehmlichkeiten zu entschuldigen.

    Currently, there may be problems with the activation of charging processes. This concerns activations that are authorized via the backend. We are working hard to fix the problem and apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Das Problem wurde identifiziert und behoben. Einige Services konnten keine Verbindung mit der Datenbank herstellen. Einzelne Fragmente der Datenbank wurden aus der Sicherung herangezogen und implementiert. Die Zugriffe der Services funktionieren wieder. Die Datenbank und die Services bleiben weiterhin noch unter Beobachtung.

    The problem has been identified and fixed. Some services could not connect to the database. Individual fragments of the database were retrieved from the backup and implemented. Access to the services is working again. The database and the services are still under observation.

  • Es bestehen auch Einschränkungen bei der Freischaltung via eCharge+ App. Eine Information via App wurde an die Nutzer verteilt.

    There are also restrictions on activation via the eCharge+ app. An information via app has been delivered to the users.
